If your order is faulty, damaged, missing, or incorrect, please email info@purepeptidesanz.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
For issues covered under the Australian Consumer Law:
• For a major failure (as defined by the ACL), you may choose a refund or replacement.
• For a minor failure, we may repair, replace, or provide a refund in line with the ACL.
• Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method where practicable.
Cancellations are accepted only before items have been dispatched. To cancel an order, please email info@purepeptidesanz.com with your order details.
Returns require prior authorisation. Because many items are perishable, sterile, or intended for research use only, returns will generally be accepted only if the goods are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, and authorised by us.
If a return is authorised due to our error or a product fault, we will cover reasonable return postage costs. For authorised returns requested for other reasons, you may be responsible for the return postage.
We aim to respond to refund or return enquiries within 5 business days. Approved refunds will typically be processed within 14 business days after agreement or once returned goods are received, depending on the situation.
If you purchase products as a business rather than a consumer, the Australian Consumer Law may not apply. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for business purchases is limited to the remedies outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
